Delete WKB Teleprompter data or a web account
Android app data
WKB Teleprompter 1.0 for Android does not require an account or cloud library. Delete individual scripts from the Scripts screen. To remove all local scripts, settings, trusted-device records, and playback state, clear the app's storage in Android settings or uninstall the app.
Separate web tools
If you use an account-backed WKB Teleprompter web tool, sign in, open Account, choose Delete account, and confirm with your current password. These web accounts are separate from the free Android 1.0 app.
What web account deletion removes immediately
- the account record and sign-in access
- active sessions
- uploaded or created teleprompter scripts for that user
- saved playback/runtime state for that user
If you cannot access the app
If you cannot sign in, request manual deletion by emailing wkb@wkbcorp.com.
Operators may keep restricted backup snapshots for operational recovery. If backups exist, deleted live data may remain there until the normal backup rotation expires.
