Delete your WKB Teleprompter account
Self-service account deletion is available inside the app. Sign in, open Account, choose Delete account, and confirm with your current password.
What is deleted immediately
- the account record and sign-in access
- active sessions
- uploaded or created teleprompter scripts for that user
- saved playback/runtime state for that user
If you cannot access the app
If you cannot sign in, request manual deletion by emailing support@wkbcorp.com.
Operators may keep restricted backup snapshots for operational recovery. If backups exist, deleted live data may remain there until the normal backup rotation expires.
